We know how critical it is to be able to rely on your lab partner to deliver when they promise. So we’re backing up our promise with an “On Time or Free” guarantee. Our goal is to help you maintain an efficient and profitable practice.
For out-of-town cases, we will ship your order by the promise date or it’s free.* For local deliveries, we will deliver by the promise date, or it’s free. It’s that simple.
When is the promise date?
For single zirconia crowns, our standard in-lab turnaround time is three business days. If there is any deviation from this schedule, we will notify you upon receipt and review of your order.
Promise dates for multi-unit and/or complex cases (including implants) will be communicated either by phone or email upon receipt and review of your order.
If we for some reason do miss a deadline, the cost of the order will be credited to your account for the current month.
Some Exclusions Apply
*At times, our ability to ship by promise date may be affected by external circumstances not within our control. The On Time Guarantee does not apply if a deadline must be missed due to unanticipated office closure, inclement weather, holidays, or any external issues that impact our schedule. Great Crowns & Smiles Dental Lab, LLC (GCS) is also not responsible for the timely delivery of the package once it is shipped via a third-party carrier such as UPS.
Great Crowns & Smiles Dental Lab, LLC reserves the right to discontinue this guarantee at our discretion and without notice.
